Where do you ship to?

We offer international shipping.
Shipping to USA is temporarily unavailable. We do not deliver to Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Iran, Israel, Iraq, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Cuba, Venezuela, Libya, Afghanistan, North Korea, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Myanmar, Mali, Kenya, Tunisia, Pakistan, Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

What are my shipping options?

For orders over 65 000 KZT (~125 USD or ~110 EUR), delivery is free. For orders under 65 000 KZT, the delivery cost is calculated individually. Please contact us via WhatsApp to clarify the delivery cost
If I want to place an order from «sold out»?

Please let us know via WhatsApp and we will arrange delivery of items to a warehouse in Kazakhstan.
When and how can I use my tracking number?

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
How long does shipping take?

The order assembly time in the warehouse is 1-2 business days. Kindly note that all SAAJ orders ship from our warehouse in the Kazahstan. If you are placing an order from outside the Kazahstan, your package will be subject to customs clearance, which may extend the delivery time.

Also customs authorities may contact you via email to request specific documents for clearance. The sooner you provide the required documents, the quicker your parcel can pass through customs
What to do if my order seems to be stuck in customer or returned back by the customs service?

Unfortunately, customs clearance and any associated delays are beyond our control. For updates on your package, please contact the local customs authorities directly using the tracking number from your dispatch confirmation email. They can provide detailed information on your package’s status.
